NAFFY DECOR can cancel or change orders already in process at on client request and but the order which is on the way or delivered order is not canceled. Same-day orders are processed immediately and usually can be changed. If you are calling about an order that is scheduled to be delivered today, call +44 7854088670. Changes in your order can be entertained within 24 hours of such order being made.  

We are unable to cancel international orders unless informed within 24 hours of order being placed.

Please note, we are unable to entertain any complaint made on orders after 48 hours from the time of delivery.
